Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Our current order processing time is 1-2 business days for in-stock products. During this processing time, your online order is built*, safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please note that orders placed after 10:00 am Pacific Time will likely ship the following business day. This excludes Saturday, Sunday, and certain Holidays.

Our standard shipping method is UPS ground. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. Shipping via USPS may be available upon request, please contact us for details.

Orders with express shipping selected (3-day, 2-day, or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, please be aware that ‘3-Day’, '2-Day' and 'Next Day indicates the estimated delivery time in business days (Monday-Friday) after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include the processing time. If your order is time sensitive, please contact us and we can try to meet your needs.

We offer free ground shipping on orders that meet the following criteria:

  • Limited to the 48 Continental United States
  • Applies to orders totaling $250 or more
  • Typically will ship UPS Ground but may ship USPS

*Due to the numerous options we offer in some of our products, namely winch lines and winch extensions, many of our products are made to order. We can typically fulfill an order within 1-2 business days, however our shop can get very busy and backed up. If your order is time sensitive, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can try to meet your needs.


Canadian Shipping

Our standard shipping carrier to Canada is UPS. The customer is responsible for all brokerage fees and duty. Shipping via USPS may be available upon request, please contact us for details.


Return Policy

If a product is in new, unused condition and has the original packaging, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of your purchase date. Any blemished, damaged, or dirty products will not be accepted for return and customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that this means if you spool a winch line onto your winch, it is no longer in new or unused condition.

Custom orders are not eligible for return.

Returns are processed after we receive the products and approve them for return. Once the products are confirmed to be in new, unused condition, you can expect a full refund less original shipping costs to your credit card 7 to 14 days after we have received your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Master Pull is not responsible for packages that are damaged or lost during return shipment and if receipt by our receiving department cannot be verified.
