Overview
If your travels take you far off the beaten path, you need to be able to depend on your gear to perform. When it comes to winching, the Superline® XD winch line will not let you down. Made with heat-set Dyneema® SK75 synthetic rope with a Dyneema® protective jacket, the Superline® XD is the ultimate synthetic winch line, bar none.
Normal synthetic winch lines are susceptible to getting grit, such as dirt or sand, caught in the fibers of the rope when in use. This grit will cause abrasion and wear on the interior fibers of the rope as it is tensioned, which significantly decreases its breaking strength over time.
Unlike a normal winch line, the Superline® XD is a double braid rope, which consists of an inner core that supports the tensile load, and an outer cover that protects the core. The cover is made with Dyneema® fiber that provides excellent abrasion protection and completely prevents grit from getting to the core. It also provides 100% UV protection. This makes the Superline® XD the most durable and longest lasting winch line available. The outer cover also features a reflective tracer along the entire length for added visibility.
The inner core of the Superline® XD is made with 12-strand Dyneema® SK75 rope that goes through a heat-setting process which stretches it into a denser, smaller diameter. This process nets large strength gains over normal Dyneema® SK75 rope. This is crucial for a double braid line, since the cover increases the diameter but doesn’t increase breaking strength. This makes the Superline® XD stronger than any other double braid line that doesn’t use a heat-set inner core. The heat-set core is also very dense, which makes it a stronger base for the cover to be braided over.

The highest quality winch line you'll find

If you're replacing your winch line why not go all in and get the Superline XD? No more synthetic maintenance, no cleaning dirt from the fibers, no UV damage. I had this on my Tacoma and now I've got it on the Power Wagon. I haven't found a better option, this stuff is expensive but completely worth it.
